Our Services

Design for Manufacturability (DFM) & Quick Turn Prototyping

Tooling corrections are one of the most expensive and time consuming problems in plastic part development. Most of them are avoidable. We use DFM review and quick-turn prototyping to eliminate the majority of those corrections before a production mold is ever committed.

We review customer CAD in detail before tooling is approved. We evaluate wall thickness uniformity, draft angles, gate locations, parting line placement, undercuts, and assembly interaction. We document our findings and review them directly with the customer’s engineering team. We produce quick-turn prototypes to validate form, fit, and function on real parts before production tooling investment is made.

Plastic Injection Molding

We produce complex single-shot, and two-shot injection molded plastic components across a broad range of engineering-grade resins. Our focus is programs in the low-to-mid volume range where part complexity, process discipline, and consistent quality matter and where a commodity molder is not the right fit.

Every program we run is supported by documented process parameters, approved work instructions, and defined inspection criteria established during qualification and maintained through every production run. First article inspection is completed and accepted before any shipment is authorized. The goal is simple: the hundredth part that ships meets the same standard as the first one qualified.

Contract Manufacturing — Low to Mid Volume

We support low-to-mid volume injection molding programs from our U.S.-based facility in Reno, Nevada. We serve OEMs who need a domestic manufacturing partner with the process discipline and quality infrastructure that regulated and technically complex programs require. Programs in the 500 to 100,000 units per year range are our core business.

For medical device, defense, and regulated industrial programs, domestic manufacturing simplifies supply chain documentation and reduces compliance risk. Our Reno, Nevada location provides direct freight access to California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Southwest — keeping programs close, responsive, and easy to manage.

Globally Sourced Injection Molding Tools

We source production tooling through vetted global suppliers primarily in Asia where equivalent tooling can be produced less than domestic cost. The savings are real, but global tooling without proper U.S.-based technical oversight creates delays, correction cycles, and molds that arrive without proper documentation or dimensional validation. We manage the entire process so our customers do not have to.

From RFQ through mold design review, first shots, dimensional inspection, correction cycles, and U.S. delivery — every stage of the tooling build is managed by our team.

Turnkey Supply

We manage supplier qualification, purchase order management, incoming inspection, and inventory control as part of a single coordinated program delivering a compliant, ready-to-use product without the customer managing the supply chain behind it. For OEMs looking to reduce vendor count and consolidate their supply chain, we serve as the single point of accountability from raw material through finished-goods delivery.

We work with a qualified supplier network to source, inspect, and deliver components that meet customer-defined specifications.

Production Assembly Support

We support injection molding, sub-assembly, secondary operations, packaging, and finished-goods delivery under a single managed program. Additional production assembly processes are supported based on program requirements — keeping more of the production scope under one quality system and one point of accountability.

Every assembly operation we perform is supported by documented work instructions, trained operators, and defined inspection criteria. Lot traceability is maintained from raw material receipt through final shipment.

Why Our Customers Choose Us:

Deep Expertise in Plastic Injection Molding

Our team brings hands-on experience across single-shot, and two-shot programs with the material knowledge and process discipline to take on programs that require more than a standard quote. We take the time to understand your part before we run it.

DFM Review and Quick-Turn Prototyping

We review your CAD early and flag issues before they become expensive tooling corrections. We document our findings and work through them with your engineering team before a mold is ever cut.

Globally Sourced Tooling with U.S. Engineering Oversight.

We source tooling globally to keep costs competitive, but we manage every step from our side; mold design review, first shots, dimensional inspection, and corrections. Your team stays focused on your program, not on chasing an overseas supplier.

High Quality & Robust Quality System

Good parts start with a controlled process. Our quality system is built in alignment with ISO 9001, with an active roadmap toward ISO 13485. Documented processes, validated process parameters, controlled change management, and full lot traceability are in place from day one. Every part that ships meets the same standard as the first one qualified.

Low to Mid Volume Production

Most high volume molders treat low-to-mid volume programs as a distraction. We treat them as our core business. Programs in the 500 to 50,000 units per year range receive dedicated engineering attention, documented process controls, and a quality system that meets the standards your sourcing team expects, regardless of order size.
