Omnicore Advanced Plastics & Manufacturing

Who We Are
OAPM is the manufacturing division of Omnicore Solutions LLC, a privately owned company built on real experience in mechanical engineering, plastics, and manufacturing operations. We are an injection molding manufacturing company built by people who have spent careers on the floor, in the lab, and at the customer table. We understand what it takes to deliver a complex program on time and to specification.
OAPM is located in Reno, Nevada, a logistics hub that provides direct access to major U.S. freight corridors. Our facility sits at the intersection of the West Coast, Pacific Northwest, and Southwest supply chains — giving customers in California, Arizona, Utah, Oregon, and beyond a domestic manufacturing partner with competitive lead times and accessible proximity for site visits and program reviews.
Why We Exist
Too many OEMs are forced to manage disconnected suppliers across design/tooling, molding, and assembly. Since no single partner takes ownership of the outcome, the result is delays, miscommunication, and a customer left holding the gaps between vendors who point at each other when something goes wrong.
OAPM was founded to solve that problem. We exist to give OEMs one accountable manufacturing partner; a team that takes ownership of the program, communicates directly, and delivers a finished product without the customer managing the complexity behind it.

Our Approach
Complex plastic programs do not fail because the technology is hard. They fail because issues are avoided, decisions are delayed, and no one takes ownership when something goes wrong. Our approach is built around the opposite of that.
We Move Quickly
Speed matters at every stage of a program. DFM feedback is delivered without delay. Prototype iterations are turned around fast so design decisions can be made on real parts and not assumptions. When a tooling question surfaces, it gets answered the same day.
We Are Detail Oriented
Details ignored during prototyping become defects during production. Every dimension, every process parameter, every work instruction matters. From the first prototype through every production run, our team documents findings early, tracks action items to closure, and does not move a program to the next phase until the details are right.
Robust Qualification. Stable Production.
Prototyping validates the design. Qualification validates the process. Before any program enters volume production, process parameters are validated, work instructions are approved, inspection criteria are established, and a qualification run is completed and documented. First article inspection results are reviewed and accepted before shipment is authorized. The goal is a production process that is stable, repeatable, and capable of delivering the same result on the hundredth run as it did on the first.
Our Commitment to Quality
Quality is not introduced at the end of a program, it is built into every stage of it. From the first DFM review through prototype validation, tooling qualification, and volume production, every program at OAPM is managed under a structured quality system designed to produce consistent, conforming parts run after run.
Our quality management system is built in alignment with ISO 9001 principles and ISO 13485. While we are not currently ISO certified, we are working towards getting our ISO certifications. Quality is not a future initiative for us, it is a current plan of action.

Our Services
Design for Manufacturability (DFM) & Quick Turn Prototyping
DFM & Quick Turn Prototyping
CAD is reviewed for wall thickness, draft angles, gate locations, and undercuts that drive up cost. Our quick-turn prototypes validate form, and function before production tooling.
Plastic Injection Molding
Plastic Injection Molding
Complex single-shot, or two-shot injection molded parts with engineering-grade resins. High quality parts with robust processing parameters.
US Contract Manufacturing
US Manufacturing — Low to Mid Volume
U.S based manufacturing with shorter lead times and capacity for production of up to 100,000 units per year.
Injection Molding Tools (Globally Sourced)
Globally Sourced Tooling
Production tooling is sourced through vetted global suppliers and managed from RFQ through first shots, and U.S. delivery.
Turnkey Supply
Turnkey Supply
Supplier qualification, purchase order management, incoming inspection, and inventory control are managed.
Production Assembly Support
Production Assembly Support
Additional production assembly processes are supported based on program requirements
